Estes hambúrgueres surpreendem pelo sabor e textura e conquistam até os amantes de carne mais ferrenhos.

Não precisa de ser vegetariano para provar estes hambúrgueres que, para além de serem deliciosos, são feitos no forno e ficam prontos num instante!

Ingredientes
1 chávena de quinoa cozida
1 lata de feijão cozido (vermelho ou manteiga)
1/4 chávena de concentrado de tomate
1 colher de chá de orégãos
1 colher de chá de alho em pó
Sal e pimenta a gosto
Como fazer:
Aquecer o forno a 200°C e forrar 1 assadeira com papel vegetal.
Numa taça colocar o feijão escorrido e esmagar grosseiramente.
Juntar os restantes ingredientes e misturar bem esmagando mais um pouco.
Moldar os hambúrgueres do tamanho pretendido tendo atenção para não deixar muito fininho. Mais ou menos da espessura de um dedo.
Dispor no tabuleiro e levar ao forno cerca de 15 minutos.
Se gostar, no final ponha uma fatia de queijo mozzarella e deixe no forno uns minutos mais até derreter. Servir num pão de hambúrguer com alface, tomate, cebola roxa, pepino e maionese. Irresistível!
