Para fazer este molho vai precisar de um molho barbecue ou agridoce de compra. Encontrei este no Recheio que resulta muito bem.
2/3 de chávena de molho barbecue
4 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo
2 colheres de sopa de vinagre de arroz
2 colheres de sopa de molho de soja
1 colher de chá de gengibre (opcional)
1 colher de chá de molho picante
Fazer o molho
Juntar todos os ingredientes e misturar.
Provar e acrescentar vinagre, açúcar ou picante, conforme o gosto.
