Ingredientes


Para fazer este molho vai precisar de um molho barbecue ou agridoce de compra. Encontrei este no Recheio que resulta muito bem.

  • 2/3 de chávena de molho barbecue

  • 4 colheres de sopa de açúcar amarelo

  • 2 colheres de sopa de vinagre de arroz

  • 2 colheres de sopa de molho de soja

  • 1 colher de chá de gengibre (opcional)

  • 1 colher de chá de molho picante

Fazer o molho


Juntar todos os ingredientes e misturar.

Provar e acrescentar vinagre, açúcar ou picante, conforme o gosto.

Está pronto!
