Ingredientes

  • 2 dentes de alho

  • 120 gr de cebola

  • 350 gr de tomate em pedaços

  • 2 colheres de sopa de azeite

  • 1 colher de chá de orégãos

  • Sal e pimenta


Como fazer:


Misturar todos os ingredientes num copo misturador e triturar grosseiramente. Levar ao lume e deixar apurar durante 10 minutos, destapado. Retirar e usar.
