Muffins de baunilha e mirtilos
Vai ficar fã destes muffins maravilhosos. E fazem-se num instante!
Esta receita de muffins é tão fácil que até parece que não vai dar nada de jeito... mas dá! Dá uns bolinhos deliciosos e que desaparecem antes de arrefecerem.

Vai conseguir fazer 12 muffins com as quantidades desta receita e pode fazê-los diretamente nas forminhas de papel. Eu prefiro a minha forma de silicone e depois ponho nas forminhas.
Experimente estes muffins, não se vai arrepender.
Ingredientes:
250 gr de farinha
2 colheres de chá de fermento
150 gr de açúcar
175 ml de leite
1 colher de chá de aroma de baunilha
2 ovos grandes
150 ml de óleo
90 gr de mirtilos
Ligar o forno nos 180ºC e untar 12 formas de muffins
Vamos começar.
Juntar todos os ingredientes exceto os mirtilos e misturar com a batedeira elétrica ou no robot de cozinha até ficar uma mistura fina e sem grumos. Adicione os mirtilos e envolva com uma espátula, com cuidado para não os esmagar.
Deite o preparado nas formas, tendo o cuidado de distribuir os mirtilos por todos os muffins.
Levar ao forno e deixar cozer por 25-30 minutos.
Estão prontos!
Agora é só deixar os muffins arrefecerem um bocadinho, porque os mirtilos que ficam no fundo descolam melhor.
