São fáceis de fazer e animam qualquer lanche. Uma máquina de waffles é essencial, mas vale a pena o investimento, porque nada se compara a uma waffle quentinha com gelado e chocolate. Maravilhoso!...

Ingredientes

  • 150gr de farinha

  • 1 colher de chá de fermento em pó

  • 1 colher de chá de açúcar

  • 1 ovo

  • 240ml de leite

  • raspa de laranja (opcional)

  • aroma de baunilha (opcional)


Como fazer:


Misture todos os ingredientes secos numa taça grande. Bata o ovo e misture aos poucos com os ingredientes secos. Depois, adicione o leite lentamente, mexendo bem para obter uma massa lisa.

Se gostar, acrescente as raspas de laranja e adicione algumas gotas de aroma de baunilha.

Ligar a máquina de waffles e, quando estiver quente, deitar 2 colheres da mistura de massa e fechar, seguindo as instruções da máquina até que as waffles estejam cozidas.
